Our office location is based on the needs of our clients, who want easy access. Our office is all on one level and is wheelchair accessible with free parking. Don’t worry about parking garages, elevators or stairways. We can accommodate you at any stage of your injury.
Client Focused Pricing
We strive to find the best billing structure for our clients, whether it be a traditional hourly rate, a contingency fee agreement, or a flat fee. With our contingency fee model, the client pays nothing until a settlement or judgment is reached. If the client does not receive a settlement, then we are not paid for our fees. For more standardized work, such as drafting wills or notarizing documents, we have a flat fee structure for client budgeting. Overall, we will work with our clients to find the best fee structure possible.
Innovative
Traditional law firms rely heavily on paper documents despite modern software being available. We try to be as ‘paperless as possible’ at our office, which reduces environmental waste. We are always looking for new ways to modernize our practice.
Community Oriented
We work hard at our office, however, we work hard for our greater community as well. Our lawyers are involved in various community groups, legal education, and provide feedback to the public. We provide free 15-minute consultations for legal issues within our practice area. We also write a blog about legal issues that are of interest to our clients.
